Gautam Mehta is an Indian CPA who assists multinationals across the US, Europe, and Australia in structuring their entities and establishing their operations in India. He works with clients across diversified sectors, advising them on start-up, strategic direction, transfer pricing, and direct tax matters. Additionally, Gautam provides virtual CFO services to clients.

Courtney Andrea Fox is a seasoned sales executive with decades of buy-side financial technology experience and formidable, long-standing industry relationships. Passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success, she helps alternative investment management firms implement innovative technology solutions that harness the power of data, streamline enterprise operations and accelerate business growth.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

With years of experience in advertising and the METRO Accelerator program Powered by Techstars, Vera gained a combination knowledge in marketing and the startup ecosystem. She holds a Master of Science in Economic and Consumer Psychology. She is currently based in New York City.

Ryan Duffy is a sales and business development professional specializing in delivering innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. With a passion for building relationships and uncovering organizational needs, he excels at bridging the gap between the status quo and transformative technologies that drive sustainable growth. Ryan holds a B.A. in Finance from Marist College.

Anjali Parwani is a Chartered Accountant based in India with 8+ years’ experience of having worked with CPAs in USA, Canada and UK for Accounting and Statutory Compliances. Her strengths include detailed and process oriented, tech savvy, good communication skills. Prior to working with Nucleus, she has worked with SKS Business Services (UK KPO) and Analytix Solutions (USA KPO).

With over 10 years of professional experience, she understands the significance of maintaining organized financial records as they form the foundation for informed decision-making and effective financial management. She has worked with a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, technology and professional services. Prior to Nucleus, she has worked with Vodafone India and other Indian CA Firms.

ACCOUNTANT

Sakina is an Indian CPA with over 10 years of expertise in Financial Analysis, forecasting, and modeling. She specializes in budget management, KPI dashboards, financial reporting, fund accounting, and business consolidation. She has managed financial functions for global clients across industries, including IT, fintech, and hedge funds. She has a proven track record of transforming manual reporting processes into automated systems, driving business growth, and delivering insights that enhance decision-making.

Jayesh is the Founder and CEO of Nucleus, a fintech studio and venture investment platform. He is a successful entrepreneur, fintech strategist, and thought leader innovating tech and business models in the fintech industry. He is an advisor to Mission OG, a board member of Untap, ITZA, Life Plugin, the Economic Club of New York, and a member of Mavericks 1000 and Mind Valley University.

Frank V. Sica is a Partner at Tailwind Capital, a private equity firm. Prior to Tailwind, he worked at Soros Fund Management, LLC, responsible for private equity and real estate activities. He is a director of CSG Systems International, Inc., Kohl’s Corporation and Safe Bulkers. He has a BA degree in Biology from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Amit is the Head of Global Business Development at DealCloud, an Intapp Company. He has 15+ years of experience in capital markets, delivering software solutions for investment banks to benchmark, strategize, identify opportunities, target clients, and increase market share. Amit holds a bachelor's degree in business management and a master's degree in information systems and corporate finance from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Nilesh is an entrepreneur, operator and a management consultant with 25+ years of experience in the financial services technology sector; a strategic thinker with execution skills to commercialize innovative technologies/products, launch digital businesses, and help transform traditional businesses with next-generation technologies, such as distributed ledger, artificial intelligence, RPA, NLP and open APIs.
